Return and Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Single issue magazine sales, as these are newspapers and periodicals, which under EU Directive 2011/83/EU are exempt
  • Any products that have been personalised or made to your specification

How to start a return or cancellation

You can initiate a return or cancellation request through your customer account at:https://shopify.com/91040317704/account

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access the customer accounts portal. Instead, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the withdrawal period applies.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price plus the standard outbound delivery cost. We do not refund premium or express delivery upgrades.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Outside the EU

For customers outside the European Union, please contact us directly to discuss returns. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
